3M AirCare ACU-02 Air Filter Unit

Description

The 3M™ AirCare™ ACU-02 air filter units are 3-stage filters, which are designed to remove from compressed air oil, water and solid aerosols as well as oil mist and unpleasant odours. These units are suitable for spray guns and other pneumatic tools, which can also be used simultaneously with the respirator. Available as free-standing model, a model with movable stand or a wall-mounted model. The initial pressure can be adjusted by means of the pressure regulator of the device and a pressure gauge. The delivery includes a selection of threaded adapters. Depending on the application, a wide range of supply hoses, connectors, distribution blocks and other equipment for compressed air is available for use with the air filter unit.

Pressure regulator of 0-10 bar with a pressure gauge. Prefilter – removes oil, water and solid aerosols up to 5 microns in diameter. Main filter – removes oil, water and solid aerosols up to 0.01 microns in diameter. Active carbon filter – removes oil mist up to 0.003 ppm as well as unpleasant odours.
